Usually business intelligence isn’t that problematic in a way that you cannot proceed if the system drops out, but it is nice when your problem is solved within a reasonably term.
That is why we offer a support contract where we make clear arrangements, so the expectations are transparent from both ways. Options are:

- on-site support, we visit you to solve the problems
Next to these options you can choose different maximum response times, so you know what you can expect when you have a problem.
We solve the problem very quickly and also prevent it from happening in the future again (when possible).
Want a support contract? Then reach out to us for an appropriate offer. We can also offer support for Microsoft Business Intelligence environments that we have not built ourselves. This can be attractive if you are working with freelancers. They have of course a new job at a certain time.
